Solar Powered Pumps

Solar powered pumps are designed the same as any other water pump. The difference is that solar powered pumps operate on DC volts (Direct Current) rather than AC volts (Alternating Current). This DC voltage is supplied by photovoltaic cells (solar panels) which, convert energy from the sun into electricity.

Solar powered pumps are perfect for remote locations of your property where electricity is not accessible, or if you just want to reduce your electric bill.
